RETURNS
We will not be accepting returns or exchanges of any items that are opened due to hygiene purposes. 

If your item is unopened and you wish to return or exchange it, you will have 14 days to do so to the returns address provided below.

UK returns must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. International returns (including Ireland) must be sent to us within 21 days to qualify for a return. Please note that if this exceeds the timeframe, we are unable to offer you a return. Jadene Cosmetics Limited 15106021 offers full refund for returned items, excluding your delivery fee and a return fee. Please note that sale items can only be refunded through a credit note.

We ship worldwide : UK/EU/International/Rest of World 

ALL items are delivered using Royal Mail and are Tracked. You will need to sign upon delivery.

Please allow 2-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

This does not include major holidays or bank holidays.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out. 

We are not responsible for packages lost by Royal Mail or stolen packages.
